Raised in Central Michigan and a Beal City High School graduate, Drew entered the marine industry right out of school and has spent his entire career in the pontoon space. After nearly two decades with Avalon & Tahoe—most recently serving as National Sales Manager—he joined Alera Marine Group in 2025 to help build a brand with fresh energy, strong culture, and a dealer-first approach.

Drew is known for his competitive drive, relationship-focused leadership, and commitment to pushing the marine industry forward. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the water with his wife, Coley, and their three kids—August, Brooks, and Lennon—who inspire the passion and work ethic instilled in him early on by his parents.
